White Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. Mazola oil
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. orange extract
Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until very stiff.
Set aside.
Mix together first 4 dry ingredients.
Add oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla and orange extract.
Beat until smooth.
Gently fold in egg whites.
Use two ungreased 9-inch pans; bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or use 10-inch tube pan and bake 70 to 80 minutes.
