Crisp Crusted Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk in a bowl.
    In another bowl, mix potatoes, garlic and cheese.
    Roll chicken pieces first in egg mix and then roll in potato mixture.
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan and roll coated chicken pieces in it.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
