Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar (a must)
25 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Bring water, sugar and cream of tartar to a boil.
Add crackers.
Stir.
Boil 2 minutes.
Pour into unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cover with crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
