Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg white

Preparation

Beat egg white.
Add brown sugar, then pecans.
Spoon into pan in small balls.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
