Cushaw Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. cushaw
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten eggs.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until brown.
