Cranberry Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. fresh cranberries, cut lengthwise
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, then add liquids, cranberries and nuts.
    Use a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
