Plantation Beans(Country Style Green Beans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. green onion
    1 lb. green beans
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Fry bacon in pot; when done, remove bacon and then saute onion in bacon fat.
    Add beans (with ends snipped); add water and cook over super low heat.
    When almost done, add salt (optional because of salt in bacon).
    Also add pepper and vinegar.
    When beans are tender, add in bacon pieces, crumbled.
