Norwegian Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    6 oz. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Heat butter and milk to boil, then cool until warm. Beat eggs and sugar well; add to warmed milk and butter. Add flour and baking powder to mixture. Pour mixture into a 9-inch round spring pan and arrange apples on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
