River Rat Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Keebler chocolate pie crusts
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) bag marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Soften ice cream.
    Divide and spread into pie crusts.
    Place in freezer until frozen.
    Melt marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips in double boiler.
    Stir in evaporated milk.
    Mix well.
    When mixture cools to room temperature, spread over pies. Top with chopped pecans.
    Cover and freeze.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
