Beeferole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground meat
2 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes, drained
dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped (tops too)
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown meat in small amount of oil.
Add salt, sugar, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package.
Soften cream cheese; add sour cream.
Mix well and add onions.
