Creamy Chicken With Angel'S Hair - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Alfredo sauce
1 pkg. angel hair pasta
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Preparation

Brown chicken on all sides in oil in large frying pan.
Remove from pan.
Cook and stir vegetables and garlic in same pan 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in sauce.
Add chicken; cover.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
Season to taste.
