Big Boys Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
1 qt. strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 pie shell (unbaked)

Preparation

Wash and stem berries.
Drain.
Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until thick and clear.
Add Jell-O and let cool 15 minutes.
Lay berries in pie shell and pour glaze over top.
