Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. salt
    2 c. brown sugar
    12 ears corn or 7 1/2 c. drained whole kernel corn
    1 medium head cabbage, ground
    4 medium onions, ground
    4 sweet green peppers, ground
    4 sweet red peppers, ground
    1 qt. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine together and cook over low about 1 hour.
    Pack hot into sterilized jars and seal.
