Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. instant potatoes
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. hot water
1/3 c. cold water
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Stir dry potatoes, sugar, butter and hot water together.
Stir in cold water and baking mix.
Mix until smooth. Knead on floured board until smooth.
Roll dough and cut into biscuits.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet about 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
