Edward'S Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, margarine and Crisco.
    Separate 5 eggs and add yolks.
    Beat in, one at a time.
    Add buttermilk, sifted flour, soda, vanilla, coconut and chopped pecans.
    Whip egg whites and fold into mixture.
    Cook in 3 layers or large loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or Bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
