Apricot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried apricots, chopped
    3/4 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine apricots and water.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill and serve with crackers, such as Wheat Thins.
