Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. Parkay Margarine, melted
4 c. Kraft Miniature Marshmallows
1/3 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. cherries, drained
Preparation

Combine crumbs and margarine.
Press into 8 inch sq. dish. Melt marshmallow in milk in double boiler; stir until smooth. Chill to thicken.
Combine softened cream cheese and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Whip in marshmallow mixture; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into crust.
Chill.
Top with cherries.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
