Oven Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

several fresh potatoes, peeled and cubed
brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Put sweet potatoes in casserole dish with water. Sprinkle with a generous amount of brown sugar and spoon the butter over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until sweet potatoes are tender.
