Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled and cored
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Simmer tomatoes (peeled and cored), butter, salt and pepper until soft 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in milk and flour combined.
    Return to heat and stir.
    Cook until thick 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve over baked potato, boiled potato, toast or anything else.
