Ingredients

1 c. soft butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (9 oz.) pkg. chocolate kisses
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Beat
butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add sifted
flour
and\tnuts.
Beat
on
low
speed until well blended.
Remove
foil from kisses.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Using 1 heaping
teaspoon dough shape with fork; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Put one chocolate kiss on top of cookie.
After shaping on cookie
sheet bake 12 minutes or until are set but not
brown. Cool
on
wire rack;
sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
