Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil (I use 1/4 c.)
    1 large or 2 small pkg. carrots
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped sweet pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat first

    ingredients in skillet.\tSeparately cook whole carrots until
    tender; slice in rings over sauce.
    After cools, add
    onion\tand
    pepper.
    Add
    some
    chopped
    red sweet pepper for color,
    if
    you want.
    Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight.\tThe older it gets, the better.\tThis is good with vegetables and meats.
