Italian Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 lean pork chops
1 1/2 c. rice
3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown pork chops in oil.
Remove from pan; set aside.
Add rice to pan; stir until rice is coated with oil.
Add seasonings; stir.
Return pork chops to pan.
Cover with rice.
Add chicken broth; cover and cook until meat is tender and rice is cooked.
