Do Ahead Frozen Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 to 2 cubes butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
    Brush egg mixture over bread; pour it on both sides and let it soak up. Freeze a sheet of foil, uncovered, then package in Ziploc bags. When ready to eat, preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray cookie sheets heavily with Pam.
    Brush both sides of frozen bread with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 minutes, then increase to 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0.
    Take pans out; turn bread.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
