Apple Custard Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
milk (to moisten)
6 apples, sliced
2 egg whites
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. coffee cream or evaporated milk
Preparation

Cream oleo,
egg
yolks
and sugar together.
Add flour and mix.
Then\tmoisten
with
milk, enough to form a mix like pie crust.
Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
