Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery (if desired)
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. cayenne (add more if desired)
    1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet and saute onion, green pepper, celery and meat.
    Pour off excess fat and place mixture in kettle with remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 45 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
