Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped celery
salt
parsley
curry powder
poultry seasoning
8 pieces chicken
Preparation

Sprinkle rice on
bottom
of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix soups, celery and milk; pour
on
top
of rice.
Sprinkle with parsley, curry powder, poultry seasoning and
salt
as desired.
Lay pieces of chicken on top. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours or at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove foil the last little while.
If baked 15 minutes longer, rice will be fluffier and chicken more tender.
