Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced scallions
4 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
4 Tbsp. pitted chopped black olives
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. freshly ground pepper
salt
Preparation

Combine macaroni, celery, scallions, green pepper, pimiento, olives and parsley in a large bowl; toss to mix.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and vinegar until smooth.
Add to macaroni mixture. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Toss.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
