Heloise'S Diet Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 c. cubed fresh fruit
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 to 1/4 c. apple juice (amount depends on sweetness of fruit)
    1/2 to 1 tsp. sugar substitute
    1 to 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except the gelatin, in saucepan.
    Cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Taste for tartness and, if needed, add more sugar substitute.
    Sprinkle gelatin into mixture, stirring until dissolved completely.
    Refrigerate.
