Vegetable Beef Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3 potatoes, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    salt
    pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Divide ground chuck in half.
    Make 2 patties.
    Place potatoes, carrots, onions, salt, pepper and 1 pat of butter on each.
    Wrap individually in tin foil, place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 2.
