Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, skinned and boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 lb. cheese
1 pkg. Doritos
Preparation

Heat chicken broth, chicken soup, mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Layer Doritos, chicken, soup, onion and cheese throughout.
Top with Doritos and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
