Easy Dinner Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 4x sugar
    1 tsp. cream or milk
    1 tsp. butter or shortening
    1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Form into balls and flatten with fork or back of spoon, dipped in 4x sugar on wax paper.
    Let dry completely.
