Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers
    1 to 1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    12 red peppers
    2 c. sugar
    2 large onions
    2 Tbsp. salt
    a little allspice
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onions; cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain; cover again with boiling water and let come to a boil.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain; put all together and seal while hot.
