Quick Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom of a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Combine oil, bananas, eggs, vanilla, Bisquick and sugar in mixer bowl.
Beat at high speed for 30 seconds.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Yields 1 loaf.
