Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, deboned
1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 whole onion, chopped
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tsp. butter
butter
bread crumbs
1 egg
Preparation

Pound the chicken breasts until flat; saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
When veggies are done, put a spoonful of mix on each chicken breast.
Place 2 small pieces of butter inside and sprinkle of cheese.
Roll together; hold together with toothpicks. Roll in egg, then bread crumbs.
Fry the chicken.
Serve with noodles.
