Red Velvet Cake And Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. red food coloring
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, well beaten.
    Sift flour, salt and baking soda three times.
    Mix cocoa, food coloring and vinegar together.
    Add egg and sugar mixture to dry ingredients.
    Mix alternately with buttermilk, cocoa mixture and vanilla.
    Beat well. Bake in three layers at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
