Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 quarts tomatoes-stewed (or 6 cans)
1/4 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 large potato
1 1/2 c large macaroni
1/4 c rice
1/2 c canned whole kernel corn
1/2 c canned green beans
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp parsley
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation

Put canned tomatoes into large cooking pot.
Add 1 quart water and salt-simmer.
In small boiler, put rice, macaroni and diced potato and cook until tender-drain.
In saucepan, saute ground beef and onion in vegetable oil until browned-drain.
Add all ingredients into cook pot.
Add corn and green beans and parsley. Simmer until thoroughly blended.
Serve with cornbread.
Can be frozen.
Other vegetables can be added if preferred.
