Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix (just plain, no pudding)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. milk (2 c. if coconut is not frozen)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. frozen coconut
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
coconut and pecans (optional for topping)
Preparation

Prepare yellow cake mix per directions.
Mix 1/2 cup pecans into batter and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
