Quick Battered Bluegills - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bluegill fillets
    2 c. dry pancake batter
    10 oz. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Rinse fillets and dip in dry pancake batter.
    Then mix 2 cups pancake batter using milk in place of water.
    For a thicker coating, use less milk.
    Add remaining ingredients to pancake mix. Dip fillets in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Number of servings varies.
