Old Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Add sugar to beaten eggs.
Beat well.
Add salt, nutmeg and milk.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until well done in center, when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
