Choucroute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Polish sausages (about 3/4 lb.)
    4 bratwurst sausages (about 3/4 lb.)
    4 pork boneless loin chops, cut in half (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 large onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
    2 tart red apples, sliced
    1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook sausage in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, pricking sausage to release fat.
    Turn occasionally until done.
    Drain.
