Marinated Carrots (2) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked carrots, cut in chunks
1/2 onion, chopped or sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
1 can undiluted tomato soup
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Mix onion, green pepper, sugar, salad oil and vinegar.
Add tomato soup, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over carrots and mix.
