Meat Sauce For Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 1/2 lb ground meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, optional
    McCormick's Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in small amount of cooking oil. Add ground meat; season with salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat (300\u00b0 in electric skillet) until meat is crumbly; may have to separate meat with fork.
    Drain grease; add tomato sauce, mushrooms (if desired), and Italian seasoning to taste.
    Simmer for at least one hour.
    Serve hot over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
