Cherry Coke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Bing cherries
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) bottles Coke
Preparation
    Drain juice from fruit; add water to make 2 cups.
    Heat juice to boiling; add gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool.
    Add Coke and fruit.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
    Serve with salad dressing, cream cheese or whipped cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
