Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix flour and cornstarch in a cup.
    In a large mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese until fluffy.
    In a blender, cream 1/2 of the cottage cheese adding 2 eggs.
    Pour into the cream cheese. Cream the other half of the cottage cheese and 2 eggs. Add to the cream cheese along with the lemon juice and vanilla.
    Slowly add the sugar, flour and cornstarch mixture.
    Add melted butter and sour cream.
    Pour into a 9-inch spring pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn oven off and let it set in the oven for 2 hours. Remove to room temperature and refrigerate.
