Grilled Quail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 quail, dressed
16 jalapeno peppers
16 slices bacon
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
banana peppers (garnish)
Preparation

Rinse quail thoroughly with cold water. Pat dry. Place a jalapeno pepper into body cavity of each quail.
Wrap 1 bacon slice around each quail and secure with a wooden pick. Place quail in a large shallow dish.
