Cream Of Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    3/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    4 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. evaporated milk
    6 c. chicken broth (can or Herb-Ox bouillon seasoning)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add cabbage, onion and potato.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add broth and pepper.
    Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
