Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    12 graham crackers (double)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Crumble graham crackers very fine. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add sugar, baking powder and flavoring. Beat thoroughly. Add cracker crumbs and nuts; mix well. Put in buttered pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream and chill for 1 hour.
