Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 cup half & half
    1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine chocolate chips, half & half and butter in sauce pan - on medium heat, stir till chocolate chips melt.
    Add sugar, beat well. Set sauce pan in ice water and beat until it holds shape and loses gloss.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
