Nut And Poppy Seed Roll - cooking recipe

2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter
4 egg yolks
1 cake yeast
1/2 lukewarm milk
2 teaspoon sugar
Solo filling-poppy seed filling
walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk. Let rise. Rub the butter into the flour and add slightly beaten egg yolks and the yeast. Mix well and divide the dough in two parts. Let rise while mixing the poppy seed filling and walnuts together. Roll out dough and spread with filling. Roll up dough as you would a jelly roll. Let rise for 1/2 hour. Brush with egg whites. Bake 350 degree for 30 or 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
