Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, sliced
2 to 3 medium carrots, sliced
1 (No. 2) can peas, well drained
3 medium onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water
Preparation

Put in layers in the order given in crock-pot or heavy pan for top of stove or can be cooked in oven.
Season each layer with salt and pepper (if you like).
Put beef on top and mix tomato soup and water and pour over all.
Cover and cook until done (on top of stove approximately 45 minutes until vegetables are tender).
